Burmy’s form depends on where you battle with it, there are three forms:
Grass- If Burmy is battling in grass or forest areas.
Ground- If Burmy is battling in a cave or dungeon.
Steel- If Burmy is battling in a building.
Female Burmy’s will evolve into Wormadam at level 20, Wormadam’s form depends on what form Burmy was just before evolution. Unlike Burmy, Wormadam will stay in the form that it evolved into, Wormadam will also gain another type depending on that form, if Burmy evolved in Grass form it would become a Bug/Grass type, if Burmy evolved in Ground form it would become a Bug/Ground type and if Burmy evolved in Steel form it would become a Bug/Steel type.

Cherrim has two forms, its normal form, and its sunny form. Cherrim is almost always in its normal form, the only way for Cherrim to transform into sunny form is if sunny day or the ability drought is in effect.

Shellos and Gastrodon have two forms each, each residing in a different area of Sinnoh, east or west. Their forms have no difference between stats or movepool, they just look different.
