Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Walkthrough

Well, I guess you need some help with PMD. That's why you came here. Just follow it carefully. Remember there are spoilers here...

The End?

While being congratulated, there will be an odd noise. After a while, you’ll here it again, and Alakazam will say that it’s actually Xatu trying to communicate. Xatu says that the end of the world is coming, unless someone can stop the meteor coming down. So what you want to do is this - go through the Great Canyon a second time - it should be easy, considering you've encountered four legendaries at this point. At the top, you will see Xatu and Alakazam. After a quick talk, you'll get a stone that lets you travel to the dungeon in the clouds without flying.

The Sky Tower

Before leaving on your way to the Sky Tower, you should stock up on Oran Berries, Reviver Seeds, Max Elixers, Sticks, Iron Thorns, Silver Spikes, and an Escape orb. Those items will be nessecary for you to beat Rayquaza. Once you're ready (Suggest you should bring Absol...) head over to the Tower and prepare for a very annoying journey (Took me about a week to get it). Inside, you will find everything from a Swablu to a Salamence (not joking) and plenty of incredibly strong Aerodactyls and even a few Ghosts. You can occasionally find Ice Beam TMs in there, if you've got a water type teach it to it (Absol will work too) because it utterly destroys Rayquaza. Aerodactyls can be countered with a Water-type, and Salamence, Flygon, Swablu, and Altaria are easily owned by a quick Aurora Beam or Ice Beam. Powder Snow will work as well. Also, inside the Sky Tower, you will find another first - Monster houses. All that is is when you enter a room a bunch of Pokemon appear to annoy you. You won't encounter more than one but you still need to watch out - be prepared for anything when you enter a room.

At the top (Which I hope you've survived to) you will see Rayquaza being his lazy self, sleeping when the world's about to be destroyed. Wake him up though and he will be very angry. Anyways, he will attack you. If your partner is a Grass type, get it out of the way (Change its tactics to Get away) because Rayquaza is not afraid to use Flying and Fire type moves. Afflict him with a status effect (Paralyz'd or sleeping so he cant hurt you) and whittle his health down OR simply Ice Beaming him. Once he is defeated, he will agree (Finally..) to destroy the meteor. He blows it up with a Hyper Beam, you and your friends will take a great fall, and you'll wake up in the Great Canyon.

I don't want to spoil the ending though, so just go through the motions of talking to people and the credits. Remember after you defeat Rayquaza, you can go off and recruit your Birds, evolve Pokemon, and do loads more fun stuff.
