Pokemon Yellow
Pokemon Yellow is the third game of the Kanto series. Yellow mainly follows the anime because Gary (your rival) gets Eevee and you get Pikachu. Pikachu doesn't go in its pokeball, instead it follows you around, never evolving. You can also get all 3 regular starters, Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle.
Again, it's basically the same story line as Blue and Red, except some levels and Pokemon have changed. Also, Gary's Eevee evolves depending on your win/loss record against him. Also, you actually encounter people from the anime like Nurse Joy, Officer Jenny, and Team Rockets Jessie and James.
